We've spent over a decade working in the Finger Lakes, Central New York, and Hudson Valley wedding markets, which means we've built deep, trusted relationships across the vendor community. We vet everyone we recommend and give you honest guidance — including who we love and who we'd steer you away from. Our goal is always to deliver the most personalized wedding experience possible.

How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?
We recommend reaching out 12–18 months before your wedding date, especially if you're planning a peak season wedding (May–October) in popular Upstate NY destinations like the Finger Lakes or Hudson Valley. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines — so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is sooner than that.
