 With an attention to organization, Ashley has no doubt that planning runs through her genes. For the last decade, Ashley has assisted her mother in Banquets while soaking up the ins and outs of the wedding industry. From contracts and correspondence to day of execution, Ashley loves all things about weddings.

Hi! I’m Ashley. (Owner and Executive Coordinator/Designer) I am a wedding planner and floral designer. I was raised in the wedding industry – it’s in my veins and it is my passion! Based in Central New York but love to travel. I’m a daughter, friend and I’m a mama to an absolute miracle, my son is my everything. I love crafting, traveling and honestly, I’m a coffee addict and have the biggest sweet tooth – I’m completely accepting of it! I’m a firm believer in loving big, making memories and savoring moments. I cry at every wedding, my favorite moments are when the bride sees her parents for the first time and when she sees her groom, whew – I’m getting teary eyed just thinking about it.

Lead Coordinator/Designer (Ashley’s Right Hand) – CATHY 

Seasoned veteran Cathy has enjoyed an illustrious career in the event industry,   spanning nearly three decades. Cathy boasts experience in Banquets and Catering, working for some of the finest hotels and dining clubs in Central Virginia. In addition, a level of knowledge and experience from being a Food & Beverage Director has provided her with a wealth of expertise for behind the scenes. With keen attention to detail and hundreds of weddings to her name, Cathy will ensure that every last aspect of the Big Day has been covered before walking down the aisle.

Get to know Cathy a little better – “My husband is my best friend. There is a lot to be said for marrying your best friend! My daughter and her family are our life. I’m a huge cat lover – Rufus and Ralphy rule my home. I love to decorate for the holiday’s and events. I love anything vintage and repurposed! I have a passion for helping people in need, one of my many charities that is close to my heart is The American Cancer Foundation – in memory of my father and sister-in-law. I was born to be involved in weddings – this my passion, I eat, sleep and breathe weddings!
