From our very first meeting, Gabrielle expressed a clear vision for her dream wedding reception: inspired by a Pinterest photo of a sun-soaked outdoor celebration in California. The challenge? We were in Upstate New York, where weather forecasts are notoriously unpredictable, especially in March.

Undeterred by the logistical hurdles, Gabrielle’s determination and creativity set the stage for a collaborative journey filled with countless emails, design boards, and rental discussions. Together, we meticulously planned every detail to bring her vision to life. The result? A breathtaking transformation that transported guests to a sun-drenched California oasis, right in the heart of Upstate New York.

But the decor was just the beginning. Gabrielle’s meticulous planning extended to every aspect of the celebration. From surprise Irish Step Dancers during cocktail hour to a spectacular champagne tower toast, guests were treated to a memorable experience at every turn. Mouthwatering cuisine, lively lawn games, cozy lounge spaces, and more added to the magic of the day.
