Monica and Rick’s wedding was a highlight of our busy June schedule this year, and we were thrilled to play a part in bringing their vision to life. Their special day unfolded against the picturesque backdrop of Gilbertsville Farmhouse, beautifully captured by the talented Nicole Weeks.
One delightful detail that added a touch of whimsy to their wedding was the presence of their beloved kitty, albeit in cardboard cutout form. Living on the other side of the country presented a logistical challenge for their furry friend to attend the festivities in person. However, Monica’s ingenious solution ensured that their cherished fur baby could still be a part of their celebration in spirit. The cardboard cutouts of their cat made appearances throughout the day, serving as adorable reminders of their cherished companion’s presence.
As we worked alongside Monica and Rick to bring their wedding vision to fruition, we were continually inspired by their creativity and thoughtfulness. From the personalized touches to the heartfelt moments shared with family and friends, every aspect of their day reflected their unique love story.
Monica and Rick’s wedding day was a testament to the power of love to overcome distances and obstacles, bringing together cherished moments and cherished loved ones in celebration. We feel privileged to have been a part of their journey and wish them a lifetime of happiness and love as they embark on this new chapter together.
Words from Monica – “Our flowers were simple but gorgeous. I really wanted wildflowers but had a limited budget, and Ashley made it work! She’s incredibly responsive, organized, and makes booking very easy!”
